Hercules 100, large diameter buffing machine:
Hercules 100 is a single wheel polishing machine with a one-meter
diameter buffing wheel, that can make the polishing process easier,
improving the quality and reducing the fatigue of the operator. Speed
is controlled by variable frequency drive.
The use of one meter buffing wheels allows you to obtain high cutting
speed (surface feet per minute) with low rpm, and with the following
advantages:
- improved flexibility of the disc
- improved penetration in the work piece
- reduction of wheel consumption
- reduction of abrasive paste consumption
