Hercules 200 double wheeled buffing machine:
Hercules 200 is a polishing dual spindle buffing machine with two large
diameter (960mm) buffing wheels, that can make the polishing processing
become easier, improving the quality and reducing the fatigue of the
operator. Speed is controlled by variable frequency drive.
The use of big contact wheels allow to obtain high cutting speed with low
rpm, with the following advantages:
- improved flexibility of the disc
- improved penetration in the work piece
- reduction of wheel consumption
- reduction of abrasive paste consumption
Hercules 200 join the advantages of the use of 960 mm diameter tools the
ones relatives to the complete independence of the two wheels.
