Model SP grinding machine for flat profiles The Model SP grinding machines
are feed through grinding machines for
grinding of flat products, extrusions and similar items.
This polishing grinding machine can have multiple head
configurations for grinding. With more than one
grinding head, the part traversing through the machine is
progressively processed. Belt grinding, polishing, satining and deburring operations are easily
obtained with one or more working units chosen among the large number
that can be installed on these machines.
The productivity and the adaptability of these machines to specific
working on a vast number of pieces, makes of these machines a
versatile and very long lasting investment.
In fact a lot of parameters can be chosen according to your
requirements, such as type and sizes and number of working units, each
one controlled independently from the others, the great number of
abrasive solution used, the possibility of personalize a piece
conveyor system, the automatic set up of the working quote.
Pieces are placed on a belt conveyor which passes under the working
heads and, once the cycle is finished, are deposited in the
appropriate bench or sent to another working centre for additional
treatments.
According to the process and productivity required, we provide a range
of machines from the simplest with one head to the more complex
machines with 10 heads each one independent from the other and using a
different abrasive grit, Where required other equipment can be added
such as automatic loading and unloading system , conveyor belt and
turn over system for working on both sides.
Everything is effectively managed with PLC.
The working units that can be installed on these machine are different
in type and size according to the finishing required.
In addition, it is possible to design special units to for particular
requirements. The SP model is equipped with decantation tank and
coolant system to work either in wet conditions, if required
