This Horizontal roller Shot blasting machine has motorized horizontal steel rollers for shot blasting of steel plates and structural steel sections. Motorized roller conveyors with shotblasting / abrasive blasting from both top and bottom.

Structural steel, steel plate and small diameter tube, pipe and bar is moved on a horizontal roller table, equipped with a control unit with speed variation; the speed is then selected upon according to the initial state of the surfaces to be treated and the level of finishing required.

The layout and number of shot wheel turbines, placed both above and below the rolling surface, mean that all the surfaces to be descaled can be perfectly cleaned in a single cycle. Capacity for sheet steel plate from 500 to 3500 mm, and for profiles up to 600 mm in height.
